Virtual Accelerated Class – This is a 4 week group class, during which we’ll deep dive into all things birth! You should leave class feeling confident & knowledgeable!

Evidence Based Birth® has created an in-depth and informative curriculum that includes just about everything you want or need to know about childbirth. The class is designed to take place from the comfort of your home. By the end of this class, you should feel confident in your ability to embrace your birth experience with knowledge and power!

By taking the Evidence-Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you and your partner will learn the evidence for your birth options, and you will get to meet with an experienced instructor and other parents who are on the journey through pregnancy and birth just like you! This flipped class format allows you to access quality evidence-based materials online so that it works with YOUR schedule, with the added benefit of mentorship and engaging activities!
Here’s our schedule:
Our first session will be 10 am- 12 pm (MST)
You’ll have ONLINE learning opportunities and practice activities
We’ll have 4 – one hour Discussion Calls: Saturdays, 10 am
Our last session will be on the third Saturday of the month from 10 am to 12 pm (MST)
What does the class include?
Weekly Zoom sessions with your instructor and class
Access to a mentor throughout the course to answer questions and help you navigate your pregnancy
Access to weekly online lessons and assignments, taught by Dr. Rebecca Dekker, Ph.D., on the Evidence-Based Birth® Parents Portal
A PDF and video library LOADED with the most up-to-date evidence on topics like Eating & Drinking During Labor, Inducing for Due Dates, Suspected Big Babies, Failure to Progress, Group B Strep in Pregnancy, Pre-labor Rupture of Membranes at Term and Pitocin® During the Third Stage of Labor.

How much does the class cost?
(One ticket is suitable for the birthing person and a support person)
Class package: $345 Includes all weekly Zoom sessions, 3- months access to online materials, prizes!
