About me

I am an educator, life coach, author and lorem ipsum.

My Story...

I have been a mother of six children and a holistic health practitioner for over ten years. I support families during the childbearing and postpartum phase to have a successful, confident journey. I want all families to feel heard, seen and cared for. My core actions are to provide education, support, and resources with cultural inclusivity, even with my dyslexia.
My passion and inspiration for women’s and families’ health started after my mother died in 2008. She passed away from cervical cancer at the age of 38 years. She was diagnosed in May 2008 and passed away in December 2008.

In 2013, I experienced my first miscarriage at 12 weeks. Unfortunately, my body didn’t realize my baby had passed away; according to the medical field, it’s a Missed Miscarriage. So, I underwent surgery to expel my baby from my body manually. Sadly, my doctor never offered options or alternative methods to support my body to release my baby. That was the only option my doctor shared with me. I wasn’t in the right mind to ask questions, nor was I ever educated to handle this situation. I have developed pre-cancerous cells in my uterus. When my doctor informed me about my pre-cancerous cells, I asked my doctor how I could help my body reduce the chance of developing cancer. All he says what to take care of myself. I stared at him and wanted to say, ” No SHIT! REALLY?
The frustration rose, and I realized he couldn’t support my body. It was a waiting game; doctors only know: how to treat after you develop the disease. I researched and explored alternative care.

Shitty things happen that forces one to open their eye and search for support outside of traditional medicine. I am a certified and trained holistic birth and reproductive educator passionate about supporting and educating families who can feel empowered, educated, confident, and master embodiment.
